Michael Kane is your Breeze evening host from 7-to- midnight. He's been on Salt Lake radio since 1973 in a variety of
Formats and radio stations, and usually at night. He loves all kinds of music, but
especially acoustic and jazz, which works out great being on the Breeze
Team. One of his most memorable radio experiences was working for the legendary
sports announcer Kurt Gowdy at a smally station in Laramie Wyoming.
Michael is originally from Minneapolis Minn. Where he grew up learning to love, music
the outdoors, and skiing. He began playing the piano and the guitar at an early age,
and was a member of a few backyard bands. He still enjoys playing the guitar.
When Michael moved west, Utah was a perfect place to settle down, raise a family
and ski. He's been skiing the slopes of Alta, the back country, and cross country
trails of Utah ever since. Michael also enjoys climbing, fishing, hiking, camping
and especially spending time with his wife and two boys.
